You may schedule your telephone consultation with nurse-attorney, Ms. Rosenblatt, or psychologist, Dr. Davis, or both at once, for you choice of time increments. There is no additional charge for consulting with both Ms. Rosenblatt and Dr. Davis in the same conference call. The minimum is 15 minutes. You may schedule 15,30,45,60, minutes or more. Your online request for a telephone appointment will be answered with an email, letting you know available times/dates we have for your private consultation. After your credit card information is received, your appointment time and date will usually be confirmed by email within 24 hours.
